A call for projects to reconvert Perrache

As part of the "Ouvrons Perrache" (Open up Perrache) project, Metropole de Lyon wants to invigorate, reconvert and modernise the building that houses the multimodal centre, know es the Centre d'Echanges de Lyon Perrache or CELP, which it owns.

Located in the heart of Lyon’s centre, peninsula, and Perrache’s Pole d’Echange Multimodal (PEM) or multimodal hub, the multimodal centre is the gateway through which tens of thousands of people pass each day. It was opened in 1976, and is in need of major renovation.

At the end of this call for projects, Métropole de Lyon will grant the chosen applicant access to part of the CELP through a long-term lease.

Private operators, contractors, suppliers, and designers are invited to submit a varied and innovative tender.

Métropole de Lyon is looking for innovative solutions in particular in terms of urban integration, architectural approach, landscaping, and the preservation of existing heritage, as well as the integration of sustainable development goals and efforts to improve local quality of life.
